Raspberry Russian Recipe
Did you know tomorrow, August 7th, is National Raspberries N’ Cream Day? Truthfully, I only just learned of this holiday but it’s certainly one I can get behind. Chosen to coincide with the height of raspberry season, this is a perfect opportunity to enjoy some of the freshest, in-season summer flavors!
Here is a boozy take on the simple yet delicious dessert -
Ingredients:
3 fresh raspberries
Ice*
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Chambord
1 oz Vodka**
Instructions:
Muddle raspberries in the
bottom of a glass. Add ice,
Chambord, and vodka.
Stir well to combine.
*Pro-Tip – You can freeze
a few extra raspberries
instead of adding ice (or
freeze a raspberry in each
cube!)
**Dial up the raspberry flavor
with Effen Raspberry vodka.
