Spooky season is in full swing at Chris Gasbarro's!   Hosting a Halloween party?  We have updated our Cocktail Creation Station with a variety of Halloween-inspired cocktail recipes. The Skeleton Key Cocktail included below is a fun bourbon drink that gets its spice from ginger beer.  For a bolder taste, sip it without a straw to get the full flavor of the bitters.  If you do use a straw, you'll still get the flavor of the bitters, just diluted a bit by the rest of the drink which is generally how bitters are designed to be enjoyed.

Skeleton Key Cocktail 

Ingredients:

1 ¼ oz bourbon

¾ oz elderflower liqueur

½ oz lemon juice

3-5 oz ginger beer

8 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

In a Collins glass filled with

ice, build the bourbon,

elderflower liqueur, and

lemon juice. Top with ginger

beer and garnish with bitters.

Serve with a straw and enjoy!
